Who we are looking for

As Chief Revenue Officer at Paysaxas, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s revenue growth strategy. This is a key leadership position that will oversee Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure cohesive efforts across all revenue-driving activities. You will play a pivotal role in scaling the business, driving profitability, and fostering strong client relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals;

    • Deeply understand trend and unit economics of the business to drive growth and profitability;

    • Lead and manage the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration to drive sustainable revenue growth;

    • Identify and explore new revenue opportunities, including market expansion, new product offerings, and strategic partnerships;

    • Set and monitor targets for revenue generation, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve financial targets;

    • Collaborate with the product team to ensure offerings meet market demand and enhance clients satisfaction;

    • Foster relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer loyalty;

    • Report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the Executive team, providing insights on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a senior revenue leadership role, ideally within fintech (Payment System Providers, e-wallets, BaaS, crypto processing);

    • Strong understanding of B2B payments in FinTech;

    • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving or exceeding sales targets;

    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams;

    • Experience in identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities;

    • Would be a plus familiarity with cross-border international growth and expansion;

    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets;

    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred;

    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset;

    • Ability to build mutual understanding;

    • Successful cases of entering new markets;

    • Ukrainian/Russian - native, English - advanced.
