The services of PaySaxas Financial Solutions Corporation are not offered to residents of Quebec.

PaySaxas Oy (Business ID 3387454-8), Lapinlahdenkatu 16, 00180 Helsinki, Finland, is authorised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) as an electronic money institution; its authorisation can be checked at FIN-FSA register. PaySaxas Oy does not provide cryptocurrency services.

None of the PaySaxas companies is a bank, and funds held with them are not deposits. PaySaxas Oy is required by law to safeguard the funds it receives for electronic money by keeping them separate from its own funds or by another method permitted by law. PaySaxas Financial Solutions Corporation is required to safeguard its clients' fiat funds by holding them in trust, as described in its Terms of Service. These funds do not earn interest and are not covered by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC), the Finnish deposit guarantee scheme or any other deposit or investor protection scheme.

Cryptocurrency services are provided only by PaySaxas Financial Solutions Corporation. Where PaySaxas Financial Solutions Corporation provides cryptocurrency services, it holds clients’ cryptocurrency in wallets under its control or through custodians it engages; this cryptocurrency is not part of the safeguarding of fiat funds and is not protected by CDIC or the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF). Cryptocurrency is not legal tender in Canada, its value can be highly volatile, and you may lose all or part of it. Transfers are generally irreversible. Cryptocurrency services are not offered to persons resident or established in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or the United States.

None of the PaySaxas companies provides investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
