The Head of Business will drive revenue growth, including сlient acquisition, and client retention for the PaySaxas’ fintech solutions. This role will lead the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to create a unified strategy that delivers outstanding value to clients, builds strong relationships, and supports scalable business expansion. 

  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or commercial leadership roles, within fintech or crypto sectors.

    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).

    • Experience leading marketing campaigns and account management functions.

    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.

    • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience building high-performing teams.

    • Deep understanding of fintech products, crypto products, financial services, and regulatory landscapes.

    • English - Fluent level.

  • Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve growth targets.

    • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners to drive new business opportunities.

    • Lead and manage the Sales, Marketing and Account Management teams, including setting KPIs/OKRs, tracking performance, and coaching for success.

    • Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats to inform business strategy.

    • Develop pricing models and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.

    • Establish scalable processes and best practices for sales, marketing, and account management functions.

    • Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent within the sales, marketing, and account management teams.
