What countries are supported?

We onboard companies from 100+ FATF-cooperative jurisdictions, including Australia, EU-EEA, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and others.

The EEA includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We do not transact with sanctioned countries including Russia, Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, North Korea and Syria and reserve the right to refuse service based on other information.

What is PaySaxas?

PaySaxas debuts a unique payments experience, focused on international trade. We are authorised in Lithuania as a Virtual Currency Provider (Company Registration Code/License: 305956247) and in Canada as a Money Services Business (Company Registration Code: BC1402502).

Can I open a business account remotely and online?

The onboarding process is 100% remote & online.

Where is PaySaxas located?

PaySaxas has representative offices throughout the world including Lithuania and Canada.

Who does PaySaxas serve?

What currencies are supported?

You will be able to open an account with the following currencies; USD / SGD / GBP / AUD / HKD / JPY / EUR / CAD. For more details, please contact the Support team.

How long will my application take to process?

Once you submit all of your business information that is required by PaySaxas, your application will be processed within 3-5 business days. During this time, our onboarding team might reach out to you via the email address you have supplied in order to gather more information or supporting business documents. We unfortunately cannot expedite application processing times and all correspondence during the application process must be in writing – so keep an eye on your mailbox for emails from us.

What payment methods does PaySaxas account supports?

We provide two options for details: Dedicated IBAN and non-dedicated IBAN (one option in the name of your company, and one in the name of PaySaxas) We offer Swift, SEPA, USDC and USDT.

Can I buy crypto for fiat on PaySaxas?

You can easily exchange fiat funds available in your account for cryptocurrencies from your PaySaxas account.

Are there any restrictions on the type of businesses that can open a PaySaxas account

PaySaxas does not cooperate with representatives of high-risk businesses: Forex, Gambling, Dating, Casino, ICO, Adult.

Please note, you will need to show your business license or any other document regarding your activity to us to prove that the business real before you can open a business account.

Questions about transfers
When will the wire transfer reach my PaySaxas account?

Transfer processing times vary based on location and currency. See transfer timeframes below:

SWIFT: Transfers usually take 12 hours, however in special cases may take longer. The average time reserved for a SWIFT transaction is 5 business days.

SEPA: Instant to 2 hours, in special cases transactions may take longer. The time starts after the transfer has been sent, most transfers are not processed during weekends or bank holidays. If you haven’t received the transfer after the timeframe has passed contact your Relationship Manager.

Are there any transaction limits on PaySaxas?

There are no limits on incoming or outgoing transactions. However, for larger transactions, we may request additional documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading, contracts, etc. as part of our compliance monitoring process.

What information do I need to make a payment?

To make a payment through PaySaxas, you will need to have the following information:

1. Full account details of the recipient, including:
Bank name
Account name
Account number
2. SWIFT/BIC code: This is a unique identification code assigned to the recipient’s bank
3. Payee’s address

How long should it take for my recipient to receive their funds?

Once your transfer has been sent, you typically can expect it to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. The exact timeframe is dependent on a variety factors including the selected payment method, the recipient bank’s location and the transfer date.
