Paysaxas Ltd, PaySaxas Oy and PaySaxas Financial Solutions Corporation (“we”) are committed to making the website and services described in Section 1 accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019) and Directive (EU) 2019/882.

1. Who and what this statement covers

This statement covers:

(a) the website paysaxas.com, operated by Paysaxas Ltd (Cyprus); and

(b) the registration, sign-in and account-verification functions and the Client Platform (the client portal) through which PaySaxas Oy (Finland) provides payment and e-money services to consumers and business clients; and

(c) from its release, the PaySaxas mobile application.

It does not cover third-party websites we link to.

Each of these companies is responsible for the accessibility of the services it provides.

What the service does. On the website you can read about the PaySaxas companies and their services and contact us, including about opening an account. In the Client Platform, clients of PaySaxas Oy open and manage payment accounts, make and receive payments and hold electronic money, under its Terms of Service. Every page of the Client Platform of PaySaxas Oy has been tested for keyboard use and for zoom to 200% and 400%; the public website has not yet been tested in the same way.

2. Our standard

We assess our services against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This statement is made under the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019) and Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the national legislation implementing that Directive. We apply the same standard for users in Canada.

3. Compliance status

Our services are partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform; the known non-conformances are listed in Section 4. Our assessment is ongoing. The current accessibility statement, including known barriers, is published at Accessibility feedback and is updated whenever a barrier is added or removed.

4. Known limitations

  • Security challenge. The interactive security challenge from Google, shown on the website contact form, to everyone who registers in the Client Platform and, when a request looks high-risk, at sign-in or verification in the Client Platform, may not be fully accessible with all assistive technologies. If it blocks you, contact us by e-mail or telephone (Section 6) and we will complete the step with you.
  • Chat. The chat in the account-opening application of the Client Platform has not yet been assessed. E-mail and telephone support are available instead.
  • Cookie banner. The cookie banner on the website has not yet been tested with a screen reader. Contact us for the cookie choices in another format.
  • Other content. Some other content, including the format of some documents, may not yet fully conform. Contact us and we will provide it in another format (Section 6).

5. How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 18 October 2026 on the basis of automated testing of every page of the Client Platform of PaySaxas Oy against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including use with a keyboard and zoom to 200% and 400%, made on 18 October 2026. The public website has not yet been tested in the same way. The assessment has not been verified by an independent audit. We review this statement at least annually, and whenever the service changes or a limitation is resolved or identified; the yearly assessment with assistive technology updates this statement and the published statement together. This statement was last reviewed on 29 October 2026.

6. Feedback and contact

If you meet a barrier, use the feedback form at Accessibility feedback, write to support@paysaxas.com or call +358 9 4245 4215 on Finnish business days. You need only tell us how to reach you. We acknowledge every report within two Finnish business days and answer within fourteen days. Users in Canada may use the same channels.

Alternatives. On request, we provide any document in an accessible format within five Finnish business days at no charge, guide you through the service by telephone or chat, and offer an alternative authentication method.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the competent authority where the service is provided to you:
