This Cookie Policy explains how Paysaxas Ltd (Cyprus, reg. no. HE439690) (“we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Website, that is the public website operated by Paysaxas Ltd at paysaxas.com (including its language versions). The Client Platform and the Partner Portal at platform.paysaxas.com are not part of the Website; the cookies of the Client Platform are described in Section 19 of our Platform Privacy Policy, and those of the Partner Portal in the Partner Cookie Policy. Except for strictly necessary cookies, we place cookies on your device or access information stored on it only with your consent, which you can give, refuse or withdraw at any time (see Section 4). We store your choice so that we can apply it. This Policy should be read together with our Platform Privacy Policy, which describes how we process your personal data more broadly, including processing by Google.

This Policy does not cover our mobile application, which is described in Section 7 of our Platform Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. In addition to standard cookies, we may use similar tracking technologies such as web beacons (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs), scripts, and local storage (LocalStorage / SessionStorage):

  • Web Beacons / Pixels: Tiny, transparent graphic images or scripts embedded in web pages. If you accept analytics and marketing cookies, a Google Ads conversion pixel measures whether a visit to our Website follows a click on one of our Google ads.
  • Local / Session Storage: Web storage objects that allow us to save data directly within your browser. Unlike cookies, this data is not automatically sent to the server with every HTTP request and can store larger amounts of information (e.g., your consent preferences or UI states).

References to “cookies” in this Policy include all such similar tracking technologies.

IP Addresses and Server Logs: When you visit our Website, technical logs (including your IP address, browser type and time of access) are processed automatically to ensure server stability and prevent malicious activity, on the basis of our legitimate interests in the security and stable operation of the Website, as described in Section 19 of our Platform Privacy Policy. Our Website also measures page speed without cookies or identifiers.

Data is transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework when Google reCAPTCHA runs on our Contact page and, if you accept analytics and marketing cookies, through those cookies. For more information on international data transfers, please refer to Section 10 of our Platform Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies do we use?

Necessary cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the Website. They keep your session, protect the forms on our Website and remember your cookie choices. They do not require your consent because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested. Before you make a choice in our cookie banner, our Website sets only its own session cookie and, on the Contact page, the Google reCAPTCHA cookie described below; the cookies that store your choice are set when you make it.

Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you select "Accept all" in our cookie banner. Analytics cookies collect information about how visitors use the Website (such as the pages visited and the browser used), using pseudonymous identifiers, which are personal data. We use them to improve the Website and our services. Marketing cookies and the Google Ads conversion pixel measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Google. Data collected through them is shared with Google, which may also use it under its own privacy policy.

Google Tag Manager. We use Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) to load Google Analytics and Google Ads after you accept. Before you accept, no Google script is loaded through it and nothing is sent to Google through it. Tag Manager sets no cookies of its own.

Google reCAPTCHA. Google reCAPTCHA protects the contact form on our Website against automated abuse. It runs only on the Contact page, independently of your cookie choices, because it is necessary to keep the form secure, and it sets its cookie on Google's domain. If it blocks you, write to support@paysaxas.com and we will help you complete your request another way. Section 9 of our Platform Privacy Policy explains how Google processes this data.

Booking a call. Our Contact page offers a link to book a call through Calendly, an external website that uses its own cookies under its own policy.

3. Can I block cookies on my device?

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Below are links to instructions for managing cookie preferences in common web browsers:

  • Google Chrome ↗
  • Mozilla Firefox ↗
  • Apple Safari ↗
  • Microsoft Edge ↗

Please note that blocking cookies can impact your user experience, and some features may no longer be available.

If you access our Website through a mobile device or an in-app browser, your device settings (such as Apple's App Tracking Transparency or Safari's cross-site tracking controls on iOS, or the ads privacy settings on Android) may limit third-party tracking; your choices about our cookies are made in the cookie preferences on this Cookie Policy page (see Section 4).

4. Can I change my cookie preferences?

Your cookie choices

Choose whether to allow optional cookies. You can change this at any time.

Necessary cookiesKeep the website working and remember your choice.
Always active

On your first visit to our Website, you can accept or refuse analytics and marketing cookies through our cookie banner (“Accept all” or “Reject all”). You can review, change or withdraw your choice at any time, with effect for the future, through the cookie preferences on this Cookie Policy page, which is linked in the footer of every page of our Website. If you withdraw your consent, we stop the analytics and marketing tools and delete their cookies on our Website at once; cookies that Google sets on its own domains can be deleted in your browser settings. We ask for your choice again 12 months after you made it, and whenever we start to use a new tool. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, our cookie banner and cookie settings cannot be displayed. In that case, we set only strictly necessary cookies and do not load any analytics or marketing tools, including pixels.

5. Updates to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or to comply with operational, legal, or regulatory requirements. The date at the top of this Cookie Policy indicates when it was last updated. If a change means that we need your consent, for example because we start to use cookies for a new purpose or from a new provider, we will ask for it again through our cookie banner. For any questions regarding this Cookie Policy or our privacy practices, please contact us at dpo_privacy@paysaxas.com. Your rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, are described in Sections 12 and 14 of our Platform Privacy Policy.
