Accounts & onboarding
PaySaxas offers dedicated EUR accounts for registered businesses, sole proprietors and individuals. Every application is subject to eligibility and compliance review; contact us to confirm whether your profile is supported.
We assess the company’s country of registration and operations, its ownership and management locations, and any sanctions exposure. Because eligibility changes and is case-specific, contact us for a pre-check rather than relying on a static country list.
Yes. Some activities fall outside our risk appetite or require additional review. Tell us about your business model and any licences before applying; final eligibility follows compliance review.
Onboarding normally takes 3–7 business days after we receive a complete application. Complex ownership structures, additional document requests or compliance checks can take longer.
For businesses, expect company registration and ownership documents, evidence of business activity, and identity and address information for directors and ultimate beneficial owners. Sole proprietors and individuals provide identity and address information, plus activity or registration documents where applicable. We may also request source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence and translations. The exact list depends on your profile.
Business account onboarding is €500.00 plus VAT where applicable. Sole proprietor onboarding is €50.00 (VAT included; business-use pricing may differ), and individual onboarding is Free. Part of any paid onboarding fee covers the review process and is non-refundable regardless of outcome; the remainder is refunded if we do not open an account. See the Fees page and Finland Terms of Service for full pricing and conditions.
Our public tariff lists onboarding, monthly maintenance, payment and service fees. Any account-specific commercial terms are provided before you accept an offer.
Yes. An account owner can invite team members and assign view-only, write or owner permissions. Applicable per-member fees are listed in the public tariff.
Payments & account operations
The current public offer is a dedicated EUR account with SEPA and SEPA Instant payments. Contact us if you need to confirm whether a particular payment route fits your business.
Eligible SEPA Instant payments usually arrive in seconds. Regular SEPA payments are normally completed the same business day. Recipient-bank availability, cut-off times and compliance checks can affect timing.
Limits can apply based on the payment rail, account configuration and your agreed terms. Do not assume transactions are unlimited; confirm the limits applicable to your account with our team.
You can request cancellation when the payment status and scheme rules permit it, but cancellation is not guaranteed once a payment has been submitted or executed. A cancellation-request fee may apply; see the Fees page.
In the Customer Portal, open Accounts, choose Statement, select a date range and download the statement as PDF or CSV. Your recent transactions are also visible in the portal.
No. Cards are not currently offered. The current public offer focuses on dedicated EUR accounts, SEPA and SEPA Instant payments.
To discuss API access and webhooks for payment and reconciliation workflows, tell us about your use case so we can confirm the available integration scope.
